At Luzaro Fragrances, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • You may return products within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging

    • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items not in original condition

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged)

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@luzarofragrances.com with photos and your order details.

📦 Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
